La Colombe, currently serving consumers through various channels such as retail, cafes, foodservice, and direct-to-consumer, stands as the exclusive ready-to-drink (“RTD”) coffee company. With complete ownership of its supply chain, from conscientious bean sourcing and superior roasting to crafting exceptional product experiences, La Colombe has carved a niche for itself with a dedicated customer base.

Chobani

Chobani’s Founder and CEO, Hamdi Ulukaya, expressed confidence in the company’s robust position for growth, citing double-digit, volume-led sales growth and significant margin expansion. Ulukaya anticipates leveraging Chobani’s distribution prowess, together with its strategic partnership with KDP, to introduce La Colombe’s high-quality cold brew and ready-to-drink craftsmanship to a new generation of consumers.

Under the Chobani umbrella, La Colombe will retain its autonomy as an independent brand, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange while preserving the distinct identity and innovation for which La Colombe is renowned. As a key player in the burgeoning $5 billion U.S. RTD coffee category, La Colombe’s offerings will complement Chobani’s core yogurt portfolio and modern food innovations.

Chobani aims to unlock La Colombe’s sales potential, expand its reach through distribution networks, and enhance its overall operational performance. The acquisition aligns with Chobani’s mission to make the world a healthier place, emphasizing shared values and cultural alignment between the two companies.
