Tiger Woods making progress after February car accident

Nine months after he was injured in a car accident, Tiger Woods appears to be making major strides towards a return to the course.

In a video posted to his social media channels, Woods is taking shots on the range with an iron, looking more like his vintage self.

Woods was involved in a severe car accident in LA this past February. He suffered significant compound fractures to both his tibia and fibula, along with smaller injuries to the ankle and foot.

The 15-time major winner said the rehabilitation process was “more painful than anything I have ever experienced.”

The 45-year-old last played at a PGA event in November 2020 at The Masters, finishing tied for 38th at one-under.
